Sadness..
Sad. What is sad? Mankind created many words to substitute the word 'sad', such as 'solemn', 'gloomy', 'grieve', sorrow', etc. But even though there are so many words to describe it, in the end, there is only one expression, one feeling.

People around the world tried using different methods to ease themselves during this 'sadness', and many of them picked the ones they're comfortable with. Some tried taking in drugs(I know!), some smoked, some even hurt themselves!

You know, I'll look at these people straight in the eyes if I have the chance, and I will say to them: You're lucky He still have you alive.

I seriously think that family members should spend more time together. I'm not just saying it because others are saying it too. Those of you out there having a perfect family, be grateful. Be grateful to have a mother who nags. Be grateful to have siblings who snatch things from you. Be grateful to have a father who scolds you every time you come home with bad grades.

Me myself have a perfect family. Well, not that perfect.. Few days ago we go into an argument. This wasn't just an issue between two people, it was between us all. All five of us. And it was Father's Day. My mom began to cry and started hurting my sister physically. My dad started shouting and he almost flung a 200kg antique vase at my sister. I couldn't do anything but stop them. Everything happened so suddenly.

And through this, I found out that there are many problems between my family. Issues and issues and issues. I found out that if we don't confront them(whoever), we will end up hurting ourselves.

I used to disobey my mom's orders and ignore her advices. But then later I realized that I've done the wrong thing. I regret fully and I want to say sorry..

Anyone who is reading this now, please, appreciate what God has given you, and that is...a perfect family.

The weather!!

Can't stand the weather these days... They are killing me! 7 o'clock in the morning in school, the sun hasn't yet rise and I can already feel the heat. Can you imagine? What weather! 730 in class. My class has four fans and that is way toooo few. I'm already sweating even though it's just 8 in the MORNING. 10 in the canteen. Way too hot. Everyone shouting and pushing. The intense heat forced my legs to move, to leave the fiery hell. 1030 in class. My friends all having wet backs. Everyone panting. Everyone struggling, cramping themselves under the fan. Even the teachers were all exhausted. 240 at home. I rushed into my room and switched on the air conditioner. Phew... I sat on my bed, thinking. What has happened to our world? Our living place? Is human responsible for this? Of course!! What caused this? Deforestation? Advance in industry? Air conditioners?

I stood up immediately and went for the remote control and switched the air conditioner off. I flicked the main switch off and wiped off the beads of sweat from my forehead.

I thought: At least I did my part...

People should try too. Decrease the amount of air conditioners and aerosol spray. Together, we can save Earth.

PMR

PMR
Penilaian Menengah Rendah

The thing feared most by form 3 students. The thing that is not so important for the form 4s and 5s, but is like Armageddon for the 15 year old. The thing that is cursed by almost every students.

The thing that is nothing to be feared of.

PMR is just an examination organized by the government in order to calculate our standards and determine our future. There are just a few tips in order to do well in this.
1. Start early. Do not think that 1 year is enough, in fact, 2 years could be counted as insufficient. Prepare when you are in form 1.
2. The easiest basic tip is to pay full attention during class and finish your homework. Understand everything your teacher taught on that day and you're done. Even 10 minutes will do.
3. Focus on your studies. Prioritize knowledge, then entertainment.
4. Do revisions at least twice a week, keep your mind working and make sure the things you've learned do not go to waste.
5. Be physically and mentally strong. Do not get discouraged easily and make sure a healthy diet is consumed. Exercise regularly.

There you go. Preparation for PMR could be easy, if you cooperate. As you know, knowledge don't drop from the skies. Get motivated and do what you need to do.

To every pre-PMR students, I wish you good luck and do your best.

Study Smart!

Final Fantasy VIII

So far the Final Fantasy sequel had made a huge impact on the gamers' world. From FFI till FFXII, I would say that Final Fantasy VIII is the best and has the most interesting storyline. The game starts with a short video of a sparring session between the main character-Squall Leonhart/Lionheart and one of the antagonist of the game-Seifer Almasy.
In this video, it states the reason why Squall ended up in the Garden Hospital at the beginning of the game and also the origin of his awesome scar between his forehead and nose. Squall wields a weapon known as a gunblade. It looks like a blade but with a handle like a gun's. There are a variety of gunblades throughout the game, each dealing reasonable damage.Below is a more detailed biography of the chracters.

Squall Leonhart-Squall is the main protagonist of FF8. Starting off in Balamb Garden, he has what is called a gunblade. After getting injured in a sparring session with his gunblade counter part, Seifer, the game begins with him in the Garden Hospital. He is very cold, silent, and at many times unemotional. Throughout the game, his demeanor and attitude changes drastically, as he finds out his history and who he is.

Rinoa Heartilly-Rinoa is the other main protagonist, but we meet her on the SeeD's first project, as she is the leader of a rebel group against the Galbadian president, named the Forest Owls. Rinoa is very sensitive, and caring, and has a bit of mysterious undertow around her. Be prepared for many surprises concerning her character, and also her very interesting relationship with Squall.

Quistis Trepe-Quistis is a SeeD instructor at Balamb Garden, and interesting enough, one of the youngest and quickest to obtain that position. She uses a chain whip, and can be a very powerful character if used correctly. Her beauty created a little following called, "The Trepies." She lacks stern demeanor and is not really the teaching type, but she's always supporting Squall, and throughout the game seems like she really likes him, and appreciates his skills.

Selphie Timmett-Selphie is a transfer student from another garden called Trabia. She's outgoing and sincere, and very sweet. She is running the festival at Balamb Garden. She uses the nonchaku. I didn't find much use from her in battle, but she's a very interesting character.

Zell Dincht-Zell is very emotional and somewhat immature. He gets jeered a lot by Seifer, and seems to be very temperamental. He uses martial arts and combos. His impulsive reactions tend to get him in trouble and undermine correct decisions, but nonetheless, he's a very important character in combat. His hometown is in the city of Balamb, and is where his mother currently lives. Try playing cards with her!

Irvine Kinneas-Irvine uses a gun, and we find him as a sharpshooter for Galbadia Garden when the gang and the forest owls go after President Deling. He is very good around the ladies, but is bad under pressure. I like Irvine quite a bit, and he could be a great asset to your team.

Laguna Loire-Laguna is one of three characters present in a dreamsequence, first happening on the train ride to Timber to meet up with the Forest Owls. It seems to be a past episode. Laguna is a strong leader in these dream sequences, and uses a machine gun. He's part of the Galbadian Army. He's a little tense around the woman he likes, the piano player, Julia.

On the right is the world map of FFVIII.

Overall, FFV
III is a fun game that tests your mentality and gaming skills. Go grab one if you haven't already!
